Kobe Bryant Signs Over Third Mansion & $75 Million to Vanessa Bryant
Yesterday, we reported on a TMZ report that Kobe had moved into one of the mansions that Vanessa Bryant didn’t take in the divorce.
Not so fast my friend.
Now, TMZ has the property records and it shows that Kobe for all intended purposes is homeless.
Kobe Bryant’s wife Vanessa is the big winner in their divorce property settlement … TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the couple and with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ … the property settlement agreement is signed, sealed and delivered — a done deal.
Vanessa is walking away with $75 million, which we’re told represents close to half of their total assets, estimated at around $150 million.
TMZ previously reported several transfers of property earlier this year between Kobe and Vanessa. It turns out, based on the property settlement, Vanessa scored a clean sweep, snagging ALL THREE of the former couple’s mansions in the Newport Beach area.
So, if you are keeping up Vanessa now has the main house, a house for her mom and just another house for tea parties and what not.
Not to mention the $75 million, plus child and spousal support.
Only one conclusion can be made.
VANESSA WON!!
Damn! After 10 years of playing the numbers (turning a blind eye to Kobe’s infidelities), Vanessa must feel like she has finally won the lottery.
look at Californias divorce laws.75 million 1/3 goes to her lawyer and she has to pay taxes on it also.thats why you don’t here alot of men complain out there about the split.also not only dod she win the 3 house she also won the 3 mortgages and if shes gonna try to flip them in this market gonna be hard.so shes gonna spend at least a 100 to 150,000 in mortgage payments.so in cash she’ll end up with a about 40 million and 3 mortgages ok i guess she won?

This isn’t a car accident case, the lawyer doesn’t get a third. Who knows what her legal fees were, Kobe might of had to pay them. You also assume the homes have a mortgage on them which they may not. They both ‘won’ since she gets the money and the homes, he keeps the details from being played out in the headlines.
I would make sure she won’t enjoy all three…
