Report Rams to Fire Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo and GM Billy Devaney

Spagnuolo and Devaney will finish their three year reign at 10-38, if this report is true.
Simply put the Rams have been terrible and Spags doesn’t seem to have the “it” factor that you need to be a NFL Head Coach and it didn’t help that Devaney put together a poorly constructed team.
The Rams need a strong head coach and a GM with a firm grasp of where the franchise will be going.
