If you recall Michael Turner’s baby mama Rasheeda Walker and his new girlfriend where involved in a golf swinging fight a few weeks ago (Michael Turner’s Girlfriend Attacks His Pregnant Baby Mama With Golf Club).

Which lead to information being  leaked that Turner was getting his Cromartie on (Michael Turner’s Baby Mama Says He Has 7 Kids by 5 Women & is an Absent Father).

That lead to some court proceedings and all has been taken care of amicable. TMZ has the details.

Michael and his ex Rasheeda Walker have finally reached an agreement in their custody dispute regarding their second child — born September 2011 — hashing out a visitation agreement that’s amenable to both parties.

According to the agreement, Michael will get to see his new son significantly during the off-season — from January to August — and on his bye weeks during the season. Turner also agreed to pay Rasheeda $6,000 a month.

But the best part — according to the docs, “The parties agree that it is not in the best interest of either of the children to appear on any reality television show or program, absent mutual consent” ... meaning neither party wants the other to exploit the child on a reality show without the other’s prior approval.

Turner probably realized that a woman in a golf swinging incident is a prime candidate for the various reality TV shows that are out there.

So, he probably believes $72k a year is a small price to pay to keep his name out of the media spotlight. Most important part of the agreement isn’t the money or the reality show ban, but the visitation because that means more to a child than anything else.
