Another Steve Francis Sighting and It Isn’t Pretty (Video)

The last time we spotted Steve Francis it got ugly (Former NBA Player Steve Francis Has Aged Terribly, Faces Wrath of Twitter)

Now, we have found footage of Francis wandering the streets during last month SXSW music festival.

There have been rumors that Francis has been hitting the pipe and hitting it hard. This video doesn’t do anything to slow down those rumors.
