The backstory is this.

Jarrod Uthoff was a good player coming out of high school.  He redshirted his Freshman year at Wisconsin and now he wants to bounce.  Bo Ryan is salty he wants to bounce and is restricting where he can go.

Ryan does have that right, but morally it is dumb considering if Ryan wanted to leave for a better school he could do so with no consequence.

Ryan went on Mike and Mike and sounded frankly like an idiot trying to explain his position.  Good for Mike and Mike for actually hitting him with some tough questions.
