Things with Warren Sapp hasn’t been going to well.

His Ex-Wife says he owes child support.

He was proven to be a liar when he called Jeremy Shockey the Saints Bounty snitch.

Filed bankruptcy and lost his Super Ring.

Now, he might lose his job.

Greg A. Bedard points out in the Boston Globe, Sapp hasn’t been on the air since the week he publicly called Jeremy Shockey a “snitch” in the wake of Bountygate. One league source tells Bedard that Sapp’s next appearance has not been determined, while another says that Sapp’s contract is unlikely to be renewed when it expires in August.

The lesson to be learned here?

Don’t get your information on Twitter if work for a major network.
