The Miami Heat are reporting that a MRI revealed that Bosh has a strained abdominal muscle and there is no set timetable for his return.

Do not underestimate Bosh’s importance to the Heat.

He might not be a Top 5 player like Lebron and Wade, but he is one of the better power forwards in the NBA. The good news for the Heat is that the Pacers might not be the team to be able to exploit him being out.

Not because they don’t have the talent, but because as seen in Game 1 they don’t have the experience.

But, if this lingers and Bosh is out during a possible Boston series or Finals series against any of the Western Conference teams left besides the Clippers it could be a huge issue and derail the Heat’s championship dreams.

Bosh is a good guy, so hope the injury doesn’t keep him out long.
