The Official Calvin Johnson Madden 13 Cover..Sorry Lions Fan (Photos)

The expectations are high for the Voltron Lions this year.

The Lions have been cursed for 50 years, so I don’t think they wanted to tempt fate with the Madden Curse, but Calvin Johnson is on the cover anyway.

Be afraid Lions fan, be very afraid.

We as lions fans have found a loophole in the madden “curse.” WR are exempt from it… The only other receiver to grace the cover, Larry Fitzgerald still ended up with a 97 catch 1092 yards and 13 TDs season.

The team has been cursed in so many other ways i think the football gods will spare them on this one
