Here is Ms. Mack’s sob story.
In her first interview about the legal battle that Bosh and former live-in galpal Allison Matthis have been waging in three states, Matthis’ lawyer tells me Orlando resident Matthis was laid off from her gig as a secretary in a construction company and this week applied for federal food assistance.
Matthis is also expecting to see her home go into foreclosure because the child support Bosh is paying doesn’t cover her mortgage.
Bosh pays her a $2,600-a-month in child support.
According to state guidelines, someone like Bosh whose yearly salary is in the $18 million-range should be paying about $30,000-a-month. So Carey asked a judge to adjust the child support.
So, let me make sure I understand what is going on.
Ms. Mack and her lawyer are mad that Bosh isn’t paying for a luxury lifestyle, so they are trying to get him to pay for $30k a month in child support?
What child do you know that needs $360k a year to live comfortably.
At $2600 a month, Ms. Mack is getting $31,200 year, that is plenty for the child, but not for Mack to live the lifestyle she feels she deserves because she had a baby with a baller.
Maybe $2600 is a little on the low side, but $30k a month is crazy.
If you are getting a free $31k and you have been working, why would you need to be on public assistance? They have a thing called “savings“, doesn’t appear Ms. Mack has heard of it.
If she can’t take care of the child maybe custody should be given Bosh.
Child support is just that for the child, not for you to live in a mansion or so you can go to trips to Vegas. There are a lot of single mothers who aren’t getting a dime and need government assistance.
Bosh has ZERO responsibility to pay her mortgage or take care of her. She is an adult learn to take care of yourself and stop trying to be a leech just because the father of your child is in the NBA.
