David Stern Enjoys Dwight Howard Drama

I guess David Stern takes the quote “You shouldn’t be worried when they are talking about you, its when they stop you should worry” quite literal. This Dwight Howard story definitely keeps the NBA talk going through the offseason but Lord knows if Dwight Howard could go ANYWHERE, I think every fan of the NBA would be happy. The Magic, Howard and every other party involved in this mess just keeps dragging this out. I can’t imagine anyone who cares where Howard ends up. As long as this story stops running.

Our charming NBA Commissioner David Stern appreciates the drama and refers to it as a “soap opera”

“To me, it is the soap opera our fans turn in for – the drama on the court and the drama off the court,” Stern said. “When we cease to have a story popping up, we probably won’t exist. I think what it is, is that that’s the way we are. That’s the way it has been in baseball and the NFL and hockey and basketball. And frankly, it engages our fans, it engages our reporters, it engages our bloggers. It makes people happy, mad, sad. It’s just the life in sports.”

Your right David. We are sad, we are sad at the fact that not only are you seemingly encouraging this fiasco but your not even putting it into order. This Howard trade talk is ridiculous, messy and childish.

Its as if one party isn’t happy, no one involved will be.

  10. Acid reflux disorder, also known as gastro-esophageal reflux disease, or GERD, arises consequence of the coexistence of 2 problems. The 1st acid reflux disease contributing condition is a retrograde flow of stomach contents into the esophagus. Though, the reflux itself does not automatically contribute to gastro-esophageal reflux disease symptoms or histologic changes, and can happen among healthy people young and old as well. In such a case, the process is referred to as “physiologic gastroesophageal reflux”.
