Floyd Mayweather made $85 million in the past 12 months fighting two times. So, he made $42.5 million per fight. In those two fights he fought a total of 16 rounds. That is $5.31 million per round.
He made this money without one single endorsement deal.
You can call Mayweather a lot of things, but his Money Mayweather title fits him perfectly.
Sports Illustrated is out with its annual list of the 50 highest-paid athletes in American sports.
Floyd Mayweather tops the list at $85 million, followed by Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Alex Rodriguez.
