Floyd Mayweather Tweets About Winning ESPY Award from Jail

The must have excellent wifi in the Las Vegas County Jail.
We know that Floyd himself isn’t tweeting (I don’t think anyway), so then the question begs how did he get the messages out to whoever is tweeting for him?
He is on lockdown the majority of the day, visiting hours are over and he can’t use the phone. Did someone smuggle in an iPhone in a hidden part of a book about the life and times of Manny Pacquiao?
