Has Jason Kidd not seen the pics of him dancing on tables, being carried out of the event barley being able to walk and hitting a tree so hard it looks like this?
Apparently he hasn’t because he is pleading not guilty.
New York Knicks point guard Jason Kidd took to Twitter on Friday to apologize for his recent arrest on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
“I regret any disruption my accident last weekend may have caused members of the community and want to thank the local authorities,” Kidd tweeted.
Kidd is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 12. He has pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated.
He also was charged with failure to stop and refusing a breathalyzer at the scene of the crash. His lawyer, Edward D. Burke Jr., told the Times those charges were “traffic violations.”
Kidd’s lawyer would have to be Perry Mason to get him found not guilty of this.
