No one should be surprised by this. Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin has been signed to a 3 year extension that will keep him as head coach of the Steelers till 2016. It always makes me proud to see more black coaches in the NFL, especially one seceding a legendary coach such as Bill Cowher.

Since Tomlin has taken over the Pittsburgh Steelers 5 years ago he has had a record of 55-25, with a .688 win percentage. To make him more dangerous, his worst record in those 5 years? A 9-7 season.

Being only 40 years old, you can only imagine what the future has for this coach.
