Rockets have reached agreement with Omer Asik on a three-year, $25.1 million contract, league source tells Y! Sports.

I don’t think the Rockets have to worry about the Bulls matching this offer. But they will have 3 days after July 11th to make that decision if they want to keep him or not.



Bulls is my team, and I’m telling everyone right now Asik is NOT worth 25 mill. A more proper number would be something like 3 years for 9 or maybe 11 mill. BUT…BUT…if they’re willing to pay us 25.1 million to get rid of him then damnit WE’LL TAKE IT!
