One thing has become clear, the Magic seem more interested in cap relief and future picks than acquiring a star player in return for Dwight Howard.
The Rockets have been pushing the hardest, but now the Lakers are back in the mix with a twist.
The twist would be that Andrew Bynum would be shipped to Cleveland to be teamed with Kyrie Irving (wonder what Kobe thinks about that?).
Bynum has said that the Cavs would be one place where he would be interested in signing an extension. This deal while far from complete does have some validity to it.
The plot thickens.
The Lakers, Magic and Cavaliers have discussed a three-team deal that would send Dwight Howard to Los Angeles, according to sources.

Three-team deal may send Dwight Howard to Lakers, Andrew Bynum to Cavs and picks/prospects/cap relief to Magic. Still trying to get details.
