Wizards Considering Using Amnesty Clause on Andray Blatche

The Wizards are trying to turn over a new leaf and that means getting rid of some of the players who have dragged down their franchise.
Even if that means paying them $23+ million to just go away.

Wiz obviously don’t want to eat $23+ mil still owed Blatche. But they also want to move on w/out him & know trade would be near-miraculous
