The police report gives specific details on what allegedly happened between Evelyn and Chad the night of his arrest.
Chad’s version of the story is she headbutted him after arguing over the condom receipt and he was driving around to cool off. Evelyn’s version is that Chad headbutted her, she fled, he was driving around looking for her and she decided to call the police from a neighbor’s home.
