Jenelle Carrillo Suing Jerry Jones for Burning Her Ass on Cowboys Bench
Is Jackie Childs her attorney?
I know he has been looking for work after Kramer blew several big time settlements.
The woman, Jenelle Carrillo, is suing the team and Jones, claiming she suffered third-degree burns on her buttocks after she sat on a black, marble bench outside Cowboys Stadium before the Blue & Silver scrimmage in August 2010, according to reports.
The bench was exposed to the sun on a day where the high temperature reached 101 degrees.
“She knew, while she was there at the stadium, that she had received some burns. But she didn’t realize how serious they were until she received medical attention,” attorney Michael Walsh told the CBS affiliate in Dallas-Forth Worth.
Walsh said Carrillo was “hospitalized for about a week (and) had some very serious injuries.”
Wonder how much Felix Jones is going to sue for?

WHEN? August 10, 2010 (YES! ..two years ago)
Wait a minute! ..doesn’t black marble transfer heat more readily? One of the many reasons, that marble tends to feel cooler (thermal conductivity).
It was 101 degrees Farenheit in Dallas on August 10, 2010.
at 113 degrees you get a 3rd degree burn after 5 hours
at 116.6 degrees, after 45 minutes
at 118.4 degrees, after 20 minutes
at 120, after 10 minutes
at 124, after 4.2 minutes
at 131, after 30 seconds
and at 140, after 5 seconds
(all temperatures are in Farenheit)
So, how long did this person sit on the bench? ..before the Cowboys Scrimmage? ..is she able to REMEMBER? (raised eyebrow noises go here)
