The Hump gave some girl the Ron Mexico?

Say it isn’t so…..

Kris Humphries has just been sued by a woman who claims he gave her herpes … TMZ has learned.

Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August, 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe on Robertson Blvd. in L.A.  They flirted, exchanged numbers, and she claims that night they met up at Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip.

According to the suit, Kris came on to Kayla, touching, kissing and dancing with her.  Kayla claims he took her to his hotel and they had sex multiple times … including oral sex.  The suit claims during a portion of the sexual encounter Kris did not wear a condom.

The lawsuit claims Kris did not inform Kayla he had herpes — and she claims in the suit that he did indeed have the disease.

Before you assume that Kris is having the Ron Mexico, we don’t know who this young lady may have slept with before or after Kris.

We don’t know if she is just looking for her 15 minutes of fame.

If it is true and Kris does have herpes it is his duty to tell his partners. Unless someone confirms it to be true, let’s not throw Kris under the Ron Mexico bus.

Some of these broads are unbelievable.

It could have been the bartender, blogger, taxi driver, or doorman that gave her the ron ron. Oh I forgot, they don’t have a multi-million dollar contract like KH!
