Writing is on the wall for Jackson.
His services is no longer needed in Seattle. He has $4 million on the table, he is willing to rearrange to get another opportunity to start.
It also appears he’s ready to bend, as Jason LaCanfora of CBSSports.com said Jackson’s willing to restructure his contract to take less than the $4 million he’s scheduled to make, if that’s what gets him on his way.
The Seahawks aren’t going to get much for him, knowing anything beyond a fifth-round pick which could possibly move to a fourth depending on performance would be about the max.
