Brandon Marshall Responds to Warren Sapp Calling Him Retarded With ETHER (Video)
Before we get to the video one important thing should be said.
I know Brandon Marshall was itching to get that ETHER off his chest, but pull over into a parking lot and record your video. Don’t do it while driving that isn’t safe at all.
At some point Warren Sapp called Brandon Marshall “retarded” on the Dan Patrick show. Here is Sapp’s quote.
“These kids that play the game today have no relevance for the past. Have no conscious of what it is,” Sapp said. “I mean, Brandon Marshall talking about Shannon Sharpe, who is he to talk? He’s the first 100 catch receiver, back-to-back, retard. What you just did in Denver for three years. You don’t know this? No, of course he doesn’t, because it’s not about Brandon Marshall, it ain’t about (inaudible), it ain’t about the past, it’s about me. It’s about personal success, pay me, and now I’ll think about being a team guy.”
Marshall was actually talking about Sterling Sharpe who had been critical of him in the past but you get the point. When Marshall heard about this he had this to say.
After he thought about it for awhile, Marshall made a second video to clarify his statements from the first video while saying he felt sorry for Sapp.
Was anything that Marshall was saying untrue?
Sapp did have to file for bankruptcy and he has had some problems with the ladies in the past. I can’t speak about the man kids, but Marshall talks about it in a way that he knows it to be true and Sapp isn’t a good father.
When you are in the spotlight, you have to have tough skin. Can’t just give out criticism you have to be able to take it as well.

I like his response. He was grown up about it.
I love the way brandon handled it, minus the driving. but he has every right to do that in response to warren. he handled it like a man and called him out on the rug. in a very sarcastic yet direct response. i praise the guy and wish brandon luck in the future. he has been through many trials, yet is standing up to it
Warren Sapp is an idiot he stinks as an announcer and as an analyst and he was not as good as thinks he was. He needs to shut his stupid RETARDED mouth.
