Most figured this out when Chad got a Tattoo of Evelyn on his leg and Tweeted he was still married, but I guess this makes it official.

Chad Johnson DESPERATELY wants to stay married to his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, so much so he’s refusing to sign any divorce docs … this according to sources close to the couple.

Sources tell us Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We’re told she’s ready to move on and rebuild her life.

Apparently, in Florida it doesn’t matter if you sign the divorce documents or not, a judge can sign off on a divorce even if one of the parties don’t agree to it.

So, we don’t know how much time Chad has to get Evelyn to back.
