Rams Tell Robert Griffin III This Is Not The Big 12
Washington Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III took offense to some of the plays made against him the St. Louis Rams defense.
Griffin III felt the Rams were unprofessional in their play, and took a lot of cheap shots.
The Rams have a response for RG3 via USA Today, “deal with it.”
Rams running back Stephen Jackson even had a direct message for him.
“It’s not the Big 12.”
“I don’t think we’re a dirty team,” he told news reporters Thursday. “I think we’re a team that’s hungry, young and eager to make a turnaround in the franchise.”
Jo-Lonn Dunbar also had a response.
“We’re going to play our own style of football, and I’m sorry he didn’t like it,” Dunbar said. “I hope he has a good day.
“I’m sorry. I guess he feels bad I did it. I don’t really feel bad. But if it happened, it happened. It is what it is.”
Head coach Jeff Fisher also chimed in.
“If he took issue with how we played, so be it,” Fisher said. “I’m not concerned about that. I’m more concerned about the Bears.”
Griffin III is being a bit moist about this whole thing.
He didn’t get treated any differently than any other quarterback in the league.
