Andrew Bynum Knee Still Ailing, Unlikely to Play in Season Opener

This is sort of sad, because with a healthy Bynum this is a very interesting Sixers team, but his knees just seem like they want to take that Midnight Train to Odenville.
Sixers general manager Tony DiLeo says each day Bynum is out increases the likelihood the All-Star center will not be ready for the opener.
