Megatron might want to take this issue a little more seriously and talk to some of the players who are suffering long term effects from concussions.
His mentality though is what the majority of NFL players feel, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Her is what CJ had to say in regard to taking a big hit a couple of weeks ago.
“He rung my bell pretty good, he got me, he caught me around the chin, that was a good hit,” Johnson said. “It’s a part of football, you get concussed, you gotta keep on playing. You can’t get afraid to go across the middle any more than you were at the beginning.”
Here is what he thinks of the concussion tests they administer on the sidelines.
“They come and do the little test with the finger …ask you what day, what game it is, stuff like that,” Johnson said.
They need to do a better job with the concussion tests on the sidelines. Matt Schaub ear was bleeding after a nasty hit and they let him back in the game after one play, that simply shouldn’t happen.
