Floyd Mayweather Says Pacquiao is Desperate & on the Decline

These comments from Mayweather don’t quite make sense.

If Pacquiao is desperate and on the decline wouldn’t this be the best time to fight him and take advantage of the leverage you have?

Something to ponder while you read his quotes.

“You have to realize this, in my opinion, Manny Pacquiao is desperate. He doesn’t make his own decisions, because Manny Pacquiao has a boss, his promoter, that makes his decisions. Once you take a loss and you’re on the decline…listen, Manny Pacquiao, whether he got cheated or not, his stock drops enormously after taking a loss. No matter how you took a loss, you took an L,”

He is probably right about Pacquiao not being in his prime, but neither is Mayweather. The fight simply will never happen and even if it did, people don’t care about it as much now.
