Gym Teacher Suing 6 Year Kid for Breaking His Ankle & Causing Mental Stress

In this corner you have a former college football player turned gym teacher John Webster who is 27 years old and 220 pounds.

In the other corner you have 6 year old Rodrigo Carpio weighing in at 60 pounds.

According to Webster, Little Man Carpio went on a rampage which included.

  • Breaking Webster’s ankle
  • Injuring Webster’s knee
  • Bit Webster in the wrist
  • Pinching the Principal
  • Taking on a security guard
  • Assaulting a female teacher

Before you totally dismiss Webster’s claims here is what he had to say via Bossip.

“It’s sort of like an angel-devil sort of thing,” said the 5-foot-10 Webster, who recently filed a notice of his intent to sue the city and says he must now wear braces on his right ankle and knee.

“[Rodrigo] looks like an angel, but then, all of a sudden, that halo turns into horns. It’s been a nightmare. It’s embarrassing. It’s humiliating.”

There is some record of Carpio being a problem child at school, but unless he was taking those Stewie Griffin steroids, I think the gym teacher is just trying to make a quick buck at the school’s expense.

The kid does need some help because he has a lot of anger issues for a 6 year old, but the Gym Teacher needs to get out of his Cam Newton like feelings and man up.
