Before anyone calls Al Sharpton just know that the artist formerly known as Ron Artest was just joking around. This is one of those things where if you just read the Tweet without the context you will jump to a false conclusion.
Metta World Peace was asked if Steve Nash is the smartest player on the Lakers: “He’s white, so probably yes.”

Because we know Steve Blake isn’t the smartest Laker after the way he injured his foot.
I think we can chalk this up to being Metta being Metta. Nothing surprises me when he opens his mouth.
