Even former Falcons are getting arrested now.

AJC.com reports that former Atlanta Falcons DB Ray Buchanan was arrested Sunday Night for DUI and Speeding. An officer observed Buchanan weaving in and out of traffic without using a turn signal while going 95 MPH at 3am. After the officer put on his police lights signaling for Buchanan to pull over, he drove another quarter mile while still swerving in and out of traffic.

Once he did pull over, the officer says he smelled of alcohol and therefore arrested at the scene.

He posted bail and was released a few hours later.

By the way it was Buchanan’s birthday.
