The Manning family will one day be looked at like the Kennedy’s.
70 years from now people will tell stories of the Manning clan having long money and really deep pockets.
In order to do that, you have to invest wisely and be smart with your finances.
It seems the Manning’s are about their business.
Weeks after getting the family into the ownership business by helping wife Ashley purchase a piece of the Memphis Grizzlies, CBSSports.com is reporting that Manning has invested in the Denver area by purchasing 21 area Papa Johns franchises.
“He’s the kind of partner we’re looking for, not only in marketing but in business,” Papa John’s chief marketing officer Andrew Varga said.”
Manning and Papa Johns founder John Schattner spark up a friendship at the 2011 Super Bowl.
Schattner admits that he’s a huge Colts fan and Manning fan also.
A new Papa Johns commercial will debut Sunday night when the Broncos take on the New Orleans Saints.
In it, Manning will play a new Papa Johns franchise owner who tries to convince Schattner to give away free pizza, and have fans learn how they can buy into the franchise also.
Peyton released a brief statement on the matter.
“It’s a smart investment now and will be long after I’m done playing football,” Manning said.
You see that athletes around the country, no 30 for 30 Broke for the Manning’s.
