The NBA Flopping Policy Will Include Fines, But Are They Large Enough?

The Fines are as followed.

1st: Warning

2nd: $5k

3rd: $10k

4th: $15k

5th: $30k

If there is a 6th time then the league can suspend a player or impose a larger fine.

In a league where the average salary is over $3 million will these fines be enough to curtail the flopping?
