Believe it or not this happened at a bar named Fat Tony’s in Minnesota.

It took place over a year ago, but the police claim that this was the first opportunity they had to arrest Stephens. According the police report Stephens and two other men were at the bar.

The victim got into an argument with Stephens and was asked to leave the bar.

In the parking lot though, according to the victim’s wife, Stephens punched the victim in the eye and when he tried to get in the car, dragged him out by he feet and repeatedly punched and kicked him in the head.

The beating was so bad the victim stopped breathing twice and had to be resuscitated.

Stephens says he had nothing to do with it, but he has been hit with charges of willful injury and assault causing bodily injury.
