The Denver Broncos caught a tough break Sunday when running back Willis McGahee tore his MCL.

First assessments of the injury were that he might be out 6-8 weeks.

Jay Glazer is now reporting, that McGahee has been placed on season ending injured reserve.

Glazer: Broncos are putting Willis McGahee on IR, ending his season. Tough, tough blow

I agree with Glazer, definitely a tough blow for a team with Super Bowl aspirations.

Will be interesting to see who replaces McGahee, and if they can hold up in pass protection.
