Buffalo Bills Fan Suing Team over Too Many Texts

America doesn’t like too many text messages and we won’t stand for it if we get too many.

Sounds stupid right?

Almost as stupid as Jerry Wojcik, a Buffalo Bills fan living in Tampa, sounds for attempting to sue the Bills over too many text messages.

Wojcik moved to Tampa in 2001 and wanted a way to stay up to date with his Buffalo Bills. He signed up to receive text messages directly from the Bills, a program that promises no more than 5 text alerts a week. Apparently though, the Bills didn’t understand that 5 and only 5 texts were acceptable.

According to buffalonews.com, Wojcik received 6 messages one week and a staggering 7 in another week.

While this case is obviously laughable, it seems fitting that the Bills would have to be the ones to deal with it.

As if their on-field product over the years hasn’t been bad enough, they can’t even count on fans to be loyal.

  • Aw, this was a very nice post. In thought I want to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and actual effort to make a very good article… however what can I say… I procrastinate alot and on no account seem to get one thing done.– vacation travel puppies

  • Almost all of what you point out happens to be astonishingly appropriate and it makes me wonder the reason why I had not looked at this in this light before. This piece truly did turn the light on for me as far as this issue goes. Nevertheless there is actually one issue I am not necessarily too cozy with so while I attempt to reconcile that with the core theme of the point, let me see just what the rest of your visitors have to say.Well done.– vacation travel puppies
