Vindication can come in all shapes and sizes, it just sometimes is a good things to see.
As we reported back in August, Minnesota State head football coach Todd Hoffner was arrested and charged with several counts of Child Pornography.
On top of the arrest, Hoffner was placed on administrative leave, and not allowed to coach nor be near his players.
ESPN is reporting that today a judge threw out all charges against Hoffner, and agreed with his assertion that a cellphone video of his kids dancing naked was nothing but normal child’s play.
Hoffner testified that his three young children asked him to videotape them playing around right after they had finished taking a bath.
Hoffner’s wife Melodee testified on his behalf, and social services also testified that they had found no evidence of abuse towards his children, and no child pornography was found in the home.
Coach Hoffner also missed his team go undefeated during a 12-0 regular season.
