Ref clearly says Clark was penalized for a blow to the head after the play.

The hit was neither to the head nor was it late.

The ball hadn’t even hit the ground by the time Clark hit Cruz. The NFL wants Clark to know in full stride that his teammate is going tip a pass right in front of the guy he is trying to tackle?

That’s weak.

I am all for protecting all players. Offense, defense and special teams, but if this is a dirty hit they might as well play flag football.
