By all accounts, Houston Rockets point guard Jeremy Lin has struggled this season.
In a more featured role and starting point guard, Lin has only put up averages of 10.0 ppg and 6.3 assists so far this season.
With his recent struggles, one might wonder if Lin regrets leaving New York or the way it happened. He elaborated on how he feels about New York and the way he ended up leaving.
Per the New York Post: “The biggest thing is I enjoyed playing for the fans, ” Lin said.
“I had a lot of peace about it when it happened. I know God has a perfect plan. And he’s shown that in my life.”
“It didn’t shake out the way everybody thought it would, but I’m still very at peace with how everything happened,” added Lin. “I’m in a great situation right now.”
I certainly respect Lin’s point of view.
I just hope he raises his level of play, because as of now he hasn’t looked the part of a starting point guard.
