We reported on how Zach Randolph threatened to beat Kendrick Perkins’ ass. It looks like he might have went through on his threat.

As @darnellmayberry says, there may be no investigation under way, but a NewsOK staffer heard yelling and walls and doors being hit.

A mouthpiece remained on the floor near the Thunder’s locker room for a while long after the game. Something happened back there.

There was definitely some sort of altercation. What we don’t know is the severity of the altercation. It wasn’t serious enough for the police to launch a full blown investigation, but something happened.
Zach Randolph clearly said he was going to beat Kendrick Perkins’ ass and Perkins ran from the media after the game so you draw your own conclusions from that.
It looks like to me that the Thunder are covering up the fact Z-Bo might have beat up Perkins as that is something that wouldn’t be good for their enforcer’s reputation.
Even though Perkins is already known around the league as a fake tough guy, this just would have confirmed it.
The NBA is taking a look at it.
The NBA is investigating Wednesday night’s reported confrontation involving Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph and Oklahoma City Thunder center Kendrick Perkins, according to a league spokesman.
