The Newark Star-Ledger is reporting that three University of Pittsburgh football players are being charged with simple assault and conspiracy in connection with an incident from last month.
Three other Pitt students reported getting involved in a confrontation on the street that led to one of them getting hit in the head according to reports.
The three players, running back Ray Graham, receiver Devin Street, and defensive back Lafayette Pitts were not arrested, but did receive a court summons for early January.
All three are integral pars of the Panthers team, with Graham being one of the top rushers in the Big East.
