The Cleveland Browns are winding down another disappointing, and with a new owner and CEO in David Banner, changes are coming in Cleveland.
There could be a general manager to replace Tom Heckert, and a new coach to replace Pat Shurmur. The list of candidates the Browns want to target seem to be Nick Saban, Oregon’s Chip Kelly and a few others.
Saban has essentially shot down rumors of him leaving Alabama, Kelly hasn’t discussed which way he’s leaning at this time.
One name who would love and jump at the chance to coach the Browns is current Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.
The Plain Dealer is reporting that McDaniel’s who is a Ohio native who run to Cleveland if given the chance to coach his native Browns.
It is unknown at this time if McDaniels would be a candidate for the job.
