Yesterday, we reported on a argument on the Philly EL Train over a Bulls vs. Sixers game that led to one man being shot in the stomach fighting for his life and another man being shot in the leg.

Surveillance video showed two teenagers committing the crime in graphic fashion.

Those teenagers have been identified as 18 year old Matthew Early and his 16 year old brother Eric. They are considered armed and dangerous, if you know where they are hiding please contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
