A woman accused Devin Ebanks of raping her at his home after meeting her at a club. The police found insufficient evidence to charge Ebanks with any crime.

The reason they didn’t find any evidence was after their investigation they concluded that Ebanks didn’t even have sex with the woman and she was trying to entrap him.  Also the woman has falsely accused several athletes in the past.

The woman now according to TMZ is suing Ebanks for sexual assault and battery, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Pretty sad that our justice system allows for lawsuits when it is clear the person filing the suit has falsely accused someone of a vicious crime.  It makes it harder for the real victims for rape and sexual assault.
