According to the San Francisco Chronicle, after last weekend Divisional Playoff game. A woman has accused Michael Crabtree of an alleged sexual assault at an unnamed hotel.

Crabtree has been interviewed about the case with his lawyer present and hasn’t been charged with any crime.  The case is being handle by the  Special Victims Unit and Crabtree has made himself available to police if they choose to speak with him again.

Whatever the outcome the case will be presented to the DA Office.

He is expected to play on Sunday against the Falcons.

This is the second high profile athlete to be accused of sexual assault this month.  Andray Blatche was cleared of a sexual assault charge, even though the investigation is still ongoing about an alleged rape that happened in a suite that he paid for.
