Although the Bears have not yet made an official statement, this move will be sure to shake up the Locker Room for the Bears.

He has a small NFL background as an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach specializing in the West Coast system with the Browns, Cardinals, Dolphins, 49ers, Lions, Raiders and Vikings.
To go from Lovie Smith to a relative unknown is a bold move for the Bears. Lets hope for their sake He can garner up a playoff appearance and 10-plus wins or Bears fans will be calling for his head.
