Deron Williams may not tell the whole truth about getting his coaches’ fired, but at least he is honest about the fact he isn’t having the best of seasons.

When asked about the All-Star game here is what he had to say.

“I just think there’s people playing better than me,” he said Tuesday.

He is correct, he is putting up Jeremy Lin style numbers and that isn’t good. We know the All-Star game is a popularity contest, but when a player says he doesn’t deserve to be in it that should be a signal to fans to not vote for him.
