ESPN Chicago first reported the injury timetable for Derrick Rose’s possible return in February. Rose will be ready for full contact practice by the end of the week, coach Thibodeau revealed.
The Bulls have fared well without their MVP player, and are currently locked in at the 5th seed tied with the Brooklyn Nets. Rose participated in some ‘light’ practice today, which comes as a relief given the severity of Rose’s torn ACL.
Doubts surrounded Rose’s season as whole, now with the news that he could possibly be back in February, the Bulls seem to have become the dark horse in the Eastern Conference Playoff race.
