In the midst of the Super Bowl and everything going on, is the realization that impending free agency is coming and players will end up leaving places they are comfortable at.

As we reported a few days ago, Ed Reed will definitely be on the New England Patriots radar when free agency starts.  Pats head coach reportedly is fond of Reed.

Now during media day the players get asked a ton of questions, and of course the one question that had to be asked was whether or not Reed could picture himself in a Patriots uniform.  The answer may shock Ravens fans per the Boston Herald.

“Yeah, oh yeah, man, I could definitely play for coach Belichick,”Reed responded. “He is a great coach. I’m sure he can help me to expand my football knowledge even more as a player and as a coach, so if I’m ever able to be around him, just like I was at the Pro Bowl, it’s huge.

“It’s the reason why I wear my sweater cut off a little bit. He’s the first guy I saw like, ‘That’s cool.’ You know, that’s cool. He cuts those sweater sleeves, and he’ll be comfortable. So there’s a reason why. Most people will tell you around the facility that’s how I look. It’s just a blessing to even have met, to know coach Belichick.”

Get nervous Raven fans, get very nervous.
