Since announcing his retirement from the NFL last year, Hines Ward has been dabbling in a few extracurricular activities, which definitely helps the pockets. In addition to adapting to his new role as a football analyst, Ward has also snagged a new job, making a guest appearance on the television show “The Walking Dead.”

“Just being in makeup preparing me for my role was cool. I actually scared myself when I looked in the mirror for the first time after.”

“A former Georgia teammate of mine is one of the stars of the show, and my agent thought it would be something fun and different for me to do.”

This isn’t Ward’s first attempt at acting he also played a role in “The Dark Knight Rises,” the newest Batman movie. The transformation is quite astonishing. I almost didn’t know it was Ward until I did a double take.
