The Jacksonville Jaguars have a new GM and head coach, so things are looking up right. Not so fast according to the team’s owner Shad Khan.
Khan wants Jags fans to be optimistic, but according to the Associated Press, he wants his fans to not be “delusional.”
“Patience is one thing, but we have to be honest about ourselves and where we are,” Khan said, via the Associated Press. I think it’s very, very important not to be — the word is delusional.”
I guess Khan is basically saying that with no quality quarterback on the roster, an unhappy Maurice Jones-Drew, and no shot of signing Tebow, the growing pains may continue in Jacksonville.
